CCS helped to scrap my car for only 2 days !! I called them and the lorry came the next day on time!! The person in charge of towing the car named LEE was easy to deal with,friendly and helpful. The operator also very helpful. I must say that the process was very smooth and Lee transferred the money right after i signed the paper. Exceptionally professional and diligent! Lee really owned the problem and fitted me into their busy schedule asap. He helped me get my car towed and arrived in a timely manner and dealt with the whole situation so politely and kindly. Thank you so much. Wonderful service. They picked up the phone immediately late at night and had someone out to tow my car within 45 minutes. Made quick work of the towing and the gentleman who picked me/the vehicle up was incredibly nice and actually super helpful aside from just the towing - during the drive we chatted about the car and he listened to it try to start on arrival and even diagnosed the issue; saved me tons of money and time!
